Reno City Council: Meet the candidates running for Reno City Council
Please join us for our March meeting at the South Valleys Library for a City Council Candidates meeting.
In honor of Women’s History Month, show your pride by wearing PURPLE to the meeting. The person in the most PURPLE will win a prize!
While not all South Suburban residents can vote for Reno City Council members, Reno is our city. We work, recreate, shop, and dine in the city. Its health and wellness is critical for the quality of life for all Northern Nevadans. The decisions and vision of the council impact all of us in Washoe County. It is crucial that DEMS are elected to these positions.
We will be joined by:
Ward 1 Candidate Lily Baran
Ward 5 Candidate Sheila Peuchaud
Ward 5 Candidate Devon Reese
Ward 5 Candidate Tara Webster
To meet these candidates, to learn where they stand on issues, and how you can support their campaigns please join us at 5:30 p.m. on March 4th for social time and refreshments. The meeting portion of our program will begin at 6 p.m.
Q&A Session will follow the presentation, and questions can be submitted in advance by emailing: admin@southwashoedems.org.
If you are unable to attend the in-person meeting, a ZOOM option is also available.
