We are happy to celebrate the holidays this year, especially after election season! Lynne Gray and Jon Garman are once again hosting us at their lovely home located in the Saddlehorn community. This year, we are collecting gently used or new coats and warm clothes for the homeless guests at Our Place, the largest emergency housing provider for women and families in our community. There are currently 166 women, 26 men and 64 children residing at Our Place. We appreciate your generosity!
We will once again hold a Raffle! This year we have one price for the raffle: $20 for 25 tickets. Please bring cash. Your support of South Washoe DEMS through this raffle is greatly appreciated!
We will not have a speaker for this event, but there may be a few brief announcements. Our plan is to have a fun time together with our South Washoe DEMS. We hope both new and long time members will join us. We urge you to invite your friends to this event.
